There is a $55 registration fee which may be payed online in advance via credit card or in person on the day of the meeting by check.

Currently there is no “Pay by Check” option enabled online. If you would like to register for GHIHC and pay onsite with a check, please contact Pamela Phillips at Pamela.D.Phillips@uth.tmc.edu to be registered manually. Please note - if you do not register in advance (either by paying online or by contacting Ms. Phillips) you will not receive a certificate of attendance on site - a digital copy will have to be e-mailed to you.
